French Tennis Network was born from a simple observation. In sport, talent exists, and opportunities exist too, but they do not always meet at the right time.
Behind every academy, club or sports structure that is hiring, there is a real need: finding someone competent, reliable, experienced, and able to fit the project and the environment. On the other side, behind every coach looking for an opportunity, there is a career, a set of skills, ambitions, and the desire to discover new horizons. FTN exists to bring these two worlds together.
We did not want to build another platform where CVs are dropped and offers are posted. We wanted to build a genuine human and professional network. A coach is not simply a CV. An academy is not simply a job posting. For a collaboration to work, we need to understand the person, and just as much, the structure that is hiring.
Our goal is to create connections that make sense, and to be present before, during and after the introduction. The project was born in France, but sport knows no borders. Today, opportunities can be found anywhere, from Europe to the Middle East, Asia, the Americas or Oceania.

Two paths, one vision
French Tennis Network was founded by Sofian Ferrero and Mael Blaunay, two different profiles united by a shared passion for sport and the drive to build something new.
Sofian Ferrero
Co-Founder, Sports Development
Former coach at Mouratoglou Academy Dubai and French Touch Academy, with experience in international coach and player management, partnerships, and academy operations.
Mael Blaunay
Co-Founder, Business Development
An entrepreneur since founding his first company at 22, Mael builds relevant connections rather than multiplying contacts, focused on trust and performance.
